DIN 17175 13CrMo44 seamless boiler tubes are heat-resistant steel tubes commonly used in construction projects, such as boilers, pipelines, and pressure vessels, where high-temperature resistance and durability are essential.


    DIN 17175 Steel Seamless Tube Manufacturing process:

    A. Hot Rolling:

    • A billet (solid cylindrical steel block) is heated to a high temperature.
    • The billet is pierced and elongated into a hollow shape with the help of a mandrel.
    • The tube is rolled into the specified dimensions and reduced for uniform wall thickness.

    B. Cold Drawing (Optional):

    • To achieve precise dimensions or finer surface finishes, the hot-rolled tubes may undergo a cold drawing process.
    • In this process, the tube is pulled (drawn) through a die to reduce its diameter and achieve tighter tolerances.
