The T22 Gas-Gas Heat Exchanger (BEP Type), designed per ASME VIII Division 2 Class 2, efficiently transfers heat between gas streams in high-temperature applications. Made from T22 alloy steel, it offers excellent thermal and mechanical performance, ideal for power plants, refineries, and chemical processing. Its BEP design ensures easy maintenance and durability.

Heat Exchanger Types

Type	Description	Applications
BEP Type (Bonnet End Plate)	Features a removable bonnet that allows access to the tube bundle for cleaning and maintenance.	Gas-to-gas heat transfer in high-temperature applications like power plants and refineries.
Floating Head Type	Includes a floating head that accommodates thermal expansion of the tube bundle.	Suitable for cases with significant thermal expansion, such as steam generators.
Fixed Tube Sheet Type	Tube sheets are welded to both ends of the shell, providing a simple and cost-effective design.	Common in low to moderate temperature and pressure applications.
U-Tube Heat Exchanger	U-shaped tubes allow for expansion of the tube side without requiring other expansion allowances.	Ideal for heating or cooling fluids with large temperature differences.
Kettle Reboiler	A shell-and-tube heat exchanger designed to vaporize a fluid at the tube side using a shell-side fluid.	Widely used in distillation and evaporation processes.
Double Pipe Heat Exchanger	Consists of a tube inside a larger pipe, allowing two fluids to exchange heat in a counterflow manner.	Used in smaller-scale applications or when space is limited.
