Incoloy 800HT material is composed of nickel, iron and chromium for high temperature structural applications. Incoloy 800HT pipe has good strength and also has excellent corrosion resistance. Incoloy 800HT tubing exhibits excellent resistance to carburization and oxidation when exposed to high temperatures. The ASTM B407 UNS N08811 material is very similar to other nickel alloys, except for the fact that it has a high carbon content along with aluminum and titanium. The nickel content in Alloy 800HT tube makes it highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion and embrittlement. Incoloy Alloy 800HT seamless pipe in annealed solution is known for its stress rupture and creep strength.
